We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you experience a technical issue or believe the product is not as described, please contact us first at admin@softwareswall.com.
Refund requests may be accepted within 14 days of purchase, subject to review and eligibility.
Payments are processed by Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record. Refunds, when approved, will be issued through Paddle using the original payment method.
